Our facility is designed to accommodate most shapes and sizes of materials. Parts are run through our conveyorized iron phosphate pretreatment system. This process insures that all parts are free from debris and the surface has been prepped for the best adhesion.
Unless all loose mill scale, rust, old paint, or other foreign matter is removed; you are bound to have coating failure within a short time. Sandblasting removes debris and may improve the cosmetic appearance of the finished product. Depending on the condition of the parts this may be recommended in addition to our standard cleaning process. A Chemical Stripping process is also available to remove old paint.
Once part have been prepped they are powder coated in one of our three high tech electrostatic paint booths and then heated at the appropriate temperature until the powder has fused into a smooth durable coating in one of our two curing ovens. The result is a uniform, durable and attractive finish.
As soon as parts have cooled to the touch they are ready to go. This process can be used with most metals including steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, copper and brass to achieve a unique and customized finish.
